Online Registration
All players will need to register online for the Spring 2011 season - whether they are new or returning.
There will an “in person registration”. Dates will be announced here. However, all registration must be made online. There are computers available at the Wells Branch library if you do not have a personal computer.
Registration fee.
The registration fee is $95 per child ($100 for Select Teams). Credit cards will be accepted during online registration or you may come by during the "in person registration" and drop off your check to the Wells Branch Soccer Association. There is a 2.7%+$2 transaction fee for using credit cards. WBSA does not see any of this fee.
Birth Certificate.
A copy of the child's birth certificate must be provided as proof of age by any players that have not played with Wells branch Soccer since Fall 2008. A valid copy of the birth certificate can be mailed or e-mailed; see below for instructions. A birth certificate should have a state seal on it and was not given to you by the hospital. If you are a Returning Player you need to use your user name and password from the previous seasons. If you have forgotten either one of these please register like you normally would and there will be a field for those who don’t remember their user or password. You can use the same user name and password for each child and for each season. KEEP THESE you will use them again next season.
If you are new to WBSA you can create one user name and password for all members of the family even if you have multiple family members.
By default, WBSA will attempt to place players on the same team with the same coach as the previous season. Even if you do not specifically request it. If you wish to be placed on a team different from the team you played for in the previous season, please email the registrar at registrar@wellsbranchsoccer.com.
Please understand that no child will be placed on a team before payment and birth certificate are received. Team formations and child placement will begin as payments are received. If you are a returning player and have already submitted a birth certificate to WBSA in the past another copy is not required.

A few things to note about registration:

You can log back into the registration system by clicking on the same Registration link below that you will use to register.
WBSA will use the registration system to send important information via email so please keep your email address current. Also, your child's Coach and/or Team Manager can use this system to contact you throughout the season.
Make sure you go through all screens of the registration process. The last screen will have the option to print forms which includes receipt of registration. Please print this for your records.
You must pay using a Credit Card or by mailing a check.
You will receive an email from Affinity Soccer confirming your credit card payment usually within 24 hours. This will be sent to the email address you give on the first registration screen.

Late Registration Begins (additional $15 late fee):	February 14, 2011
