| If your game was scheduled on a Wells Branch Soccer field, then use the following procedure. |
| 1) | Go to our website (http://www.wellsbranchsoccer.com/), click on "Game Schedules", and then click on "Schedule of All Home Games". This listing of all Wells Branch home games will let you know when the fields are available on the weekends. |
| 2) | Contact the opposing coach and come up with a couple of dates and times that are acceptable to the two teams and do not conflict with the "Schedule of All Home Games". |
| 3) | Send an email to the field scheduler (fields@wellsbranchsoccer.com) with the proposed dates and times to make up the game. |
| 4) | The field scheduler will then contact you to finalize the date and time. |
| 5) | The field scheduler will then contact the referee assignor and have the " Schedule of All Home Games" page updated. |
